Issue with Membership Billing

Some of you may have received an email stating that your TEAM Membership was refunded, but some of you didn’t receive the email we sent out regarding this error, so here is what the email said:

There was a small error with our previous membership platform, where anyone who had signed up for auto-renewal was charged still, even after we cancelled services, so long story short, we had the company refund all of those transactions, which were all successful.

So now those of you who received a refund, will have to go onto our current membership platform, and renew through there.

Here are the steps to renew:
1. You will go to https://team.myonlinemembership.com and click on the “Members Only” link.
2. Click on the “Pay Outstanding Membership Dues” link
3. Login to your account, if you don’t remember what email address you used, it should be the same as the email the refund receipt was sent to, but if not, please use our contact form and we will help you out
- If you also have forgotten your password, you can use the “Forgot Password” link, and enter your email address, and you will receive an email with instructions on resetting your password.
4. Once logged in, you will see a list and an invoice similar to this picture and you can click on the invoice to view it, but to pay, you would click the check box next to the invoice, then choose your selected method of payment, and click “Proceed” and follow the instructions to submit payment.
